The range is 1099€ - 1499€ + VAT (19%)​.

How is the fee calculated?

The fee is calculated based off of the anticipated difficulty of the search, and can only be calculated after we have precisely analyzed your search criteria together in a call. The harder the criteria, in general, the higher the fee.

However, I strive to keep the service as affordable as possible and often charge a lower fee to those with lower budgets even if the search technically would be harder.
 

Is the fee refundable?

Yes, at any time, for any reason, until the offer of an unlimited lease. Read more about the guarantee here.​
